  • HOW TO ORDER?

    SINGLE ITEM ORDERS / PURCHASE

    1. To place an order, after browsing through our collections, click the product that you like,
    2. within the product page click "BUY IT NOW" button, you will be taken directly to the checkout page.
    3. Enter your Contact information and shipping address.
    4. Click "Continue to shipping method", you may also mark the checkbox to save your information for future purchases (please refer to our privacy policy).
    5. Review information provided then click "Continue to payment method"
    6. On payment method page, you may choose between
    7. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD - door to door, pay once you receive the item) or,
    8. CASH ON PICK UP at any LBC brach near you. Just write the location of the LBC branch store location you prefer under the address field when completing you shipping information on checkout. Example: LBC Alabang Town Center Branch, Muntinlupa City
    9. Click "Complete order" button to proceed with the order.
    10. An order confirmation will be sent to your email, containing your order number, and one of our Customer Service Staff will message you to Verify your order for processing and shipping.

    ORDERING MULTIPLE ITEMS THRU OUR WEBSITE

    1. To place multiple design orders, after browsing through our collections, click the products that you like,
    2. within the product page click "ADD TO CART" button,
    3. continue browsing for more designs and click "ADD TO CART" button to add all the products to your shopping cart.
    4. Once you're done shopping, click the Cart Icon on the upper right hand side of your screen (applicable to both desktop and mobile phone)

    3. Click "CHECK OUT VIA COD" button once you have finalised your order to proceed.
    4. Enter your Contact information and shipping address.

  • WHAT'S YOUR SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY?

    SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

    Future Trends Philippines offers CASH ON DELIVERY and CASH ON PICK UP though LBC stores nationwide. This service will only be available to Philippines based customers only.

    After successfully placing an order through our website, our customer service representative will contact you through SMS or EMAIL to verify your order.

    Once verification process is successful, you may expect to receive your package within the following timeframe:

    • Delivery address within Metro Manila: 2 - 3 Working days
    • Areas outside of Metro Manila: 3 - 5 Working days
    • LBC has NO deliveries during SUNDAYS

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    • Once your order has been verified and shipped, expect to receive it based on the above mentioned timeframe, 2-3 days if within Metro Manila, and 3-5 days if outside of Metro Manila.
    • Once the item has been shipped, we no longer have any control over the courier in-case of delays during the delivery process.
    • Delays may happen  during bad weather, limited manpower of the courier in your area, courier shipping practices, or other causes that would prevent the courier from delivering your package as scheduled.

  • CAN I PREARRANGE THE DATE OF DELIVERY?
    • It is possible to prearrange the delivery date from our side only, but the courier side will be the same.

  • I NEED MY ORDER WITHIN THE SAME DAY, DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS DELIVERY?
    • This type or order is possible only when ordering through our Facebook page: FUTURE_TRENDS _PH
    • For such orders, we normally ask for payment first through bank deposit/transfer or through Cebuana.
    • To facilitate Express orders, we normally use, LALAMOVE or GRAB Express.
    • Please note that this type of shipping arrangement will add extra cost on shipping, which you as the buyer will have shoulder on top of our selling price.
  • How CAN I CHECK the status or my order once it has been shipped?
    • Once the product has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number through EMAIL, SMS or Facebook Messenger depending on the method of contact we  made during our verification process.
    • upon receipt of the tracking number, you may track your order through LBC express website: https://www.lbcexpress.com/
    • There are times when we use other couriers, we will provide instructions accordingly once your order has been shipped.
  • Will I receive notification from the courier before they deliver the item?
    • Yes they normally send SMS to you on day of delivery, if you didn't receive any notifications, then you may track your order again from LBC Express website.
  • What if I'm not at home or I'm not available when the order arrives?
    • For COD orders, you may ask someone else to receive the item for you, just the give them the money to pay for the item when it arrives.
    • In case you don't have the cash available on day of delivery, please inform the rider to reschedule the delivery on a different day.
  • Can I cancel my  order after it has been shipped?
    • Unfortunately we cannot stop the delivery of the order once it has been shipped. You may refuse the delivery once it arrives so that the courier could return it to us.
    • we strongly encourage that in case of cancellation, please do so before we ship the item or during our verification process.
  • Can the package BE DELIVERED to my work place instead of my home address?
    • YES. just write your office address under the address field when filling-out the shipping form.
  • Do you allow Meet-ups?
    • Sorry we don't do meet-ups, but if you want your package to be delivered on the same day, you may contact us through our FB Page: FUTURE_TRENDS _PH and we'll discuss the details of such arrangements.
  • RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

    We at Future Trends Philippines thrives to provide highest value for your money, in line with this, we allow exchange, returns or have store credits with us to satisfy our customers.

    Kindly ready the following guidelines on how to return or exchange received products.

    ELIGIBILITY OF RETURNS, EXCHANGE OR GAIN STORE CREDITS

    The following conditions must be met to be considered as eligible for Returns, Exchange or gain store credits.

    MISSING ITEM ON DELIVERY

    • This claim must be reported to Future Trends Customer Service through our Facebook Page within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
    • Please keep the LBC delivery package intact and take a photo of the delivery receipt (waybill) attached on the delivered package.

    WRONG DESIGN, SIZE AND ITEM DELIVERED

    • This claim must be reported to Future Trends Customer Service through our Facebook Page within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
    • Please ensure that that product is intact, NOT USED and DAMAGED due to misuse.
    • All tags, receipts, packaging must be complete and attached and take a photo of the delivered item including the delivery package and delivery receipt.

    DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT UPON RECEIPT OF DELIVERY

    • This claim must be reported to Future Trends Customer Service through our Facebook Page within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
    • Please ensure that that product is intact, NOT USED and DAMAGED due to misuse.
    • All tags, receipts, packaging must be complete and attached and take a photo of the delivered item including the delivery package and delivery receipt.

    VALIDITY OF RETURN

    Please ensure that the products subject for return and exchange, are in its original condition as received, all Labels, packaging and tags are complete and attached.

    USED OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS due to misuse are NO longer Valid for Return or Exchange.

    All products that are eligible for refund must be sent back to Future Trends PH within Seven (7) working days from the date of receipt of such product.

    All Items sent beyond this period will no longer be accepted for return and exchange.

    PROCEDURE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

    1. Please ensure read our Shipping and Return Policies first.
    2. If your claim is eligible for return or exchange, please contact our customer service team through our Facebook Page to discuss your claim.
